This amp is pretty rare as the big radio console it comes from was very expensive.

  The amp uses 2 EL84 tubes and 1 EBC91 tube.

  The 125 has no driver stage on the chassis. This way the cannot be used as hifi amp with standard preamps.

  I have heard of the 126 amp which uses 2 EL84 per channel.
