  Many rectifier tubes have been made by the Philips company. All I know are of outstanding quality. Many tubes from which I knew that they worked for many years still test as new tubes.

All tubes have the following common charecteristics (except where otherwise noted):

   - 6 square holes in each plate
   - center hole in guiding pin

   - 5 pin connector on octal socket
